About

Hi, I’m Anastasia.

I’m a registered psychologist (AHPRA) and a small business owner. Behind me is a career in the corporate world, exposure to NGO (non-government organisation) space and a lot of travel.

My practice is neurodivergent-affirming and trauma-informed, and I draw on EMDR, DBT, ACT, Schema Therapy and parts work, weaving them together in response to what is needed in the room.

Why evening sessions

Therapy without the logistics.

Evening appointments exist because therapy works better when it doesn’t add another logistical pressure to your week. The clinic is private and secure — door-code entry, on-site security cameras — so attending regular sessions doesn’t require explaining a midday absence at work or rearranging your schedule around therapy.

For some clients, telehealth from home in the evening is a better fit again. Both options are available.

Fees & rebates

Self-funded, Medicare and private health.

Accepting self-funded referrals (no Medicare needed) or with a Medicare Mental Health Care Plan. You may be able to lodge a claim with your health fund — please check limits and conditions in advance.

Is this the right fit?

Honest about my work.

This work is best suited to people who can attend consistently, are not currently in crisis, and are seeking ongoing therapy rather than a one-off session or assessment.

I’m not currently the right fit for clients with active suicidal ideation, those needing crisis support, or sessions where someone is presenting under the influence — these situations are better held by services with the resources to support them well.

ADHD and autism assessments aren’t part of my practice. If that’s what you need, your GP can guide you toward the right service.
