Cancellation and Late Arrival Policy

To ensure fair access to appointments for all clients, the following cancellation and late arrival policies apply

Cancellation Policy:

  • We require 2 clear business days’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without charge.
  • Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 2 clear business days’ notice are charged 50% of the session fee.
  • Cancellations made with less than 1 clear business day’s notice, and non-attendance (“no-shows”), are charged 100% of the session fee.
  • Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays.
  • “Clear” business days exclude the day of cancellation and the day of the appointment — so for a Monday appointment, notice must be given by the prior Wednesday close of business to avoid the 50% fee, and by the prior Thursday close of business to avoid the 100% fee.

All cancellations must be made through your Zanda booking portal or by SMS.

Cancellation fees will be automatically charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.

Late Arrival Policy:

  • If you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible via SMS.
  • A grace period of 5 minutes is allowed without notification.
  • After 5 minutes, I will attempt to contact you. If you have not arrived or made contact after 10 minutes, your session will be cancelled, and you will be charged the full session fee.
  • Regardless of your arrival time, your session will finish at the originally scheduled end time.

Repeat Cancellations:

Clients with frequent cancellations may be required to pre-pay a deposit to secure future appointments.
