Cancellation and Late Arrival Policy
To ensure fair access to appointments for all clients, the following cancellation and late arrival policies apply
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a fee equal to 100% of your session fee.
- Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of your session fee.
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will not incur any fee.
All cancellations must be made through your Zanda booking portal or by SMS.
Cancellation fees will be automatically charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
Late Arrival Policy:
- If you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible via SMS.
- A grace period of 5 minutes is allowed without notification.
- After 5 minutes, I will attempt to contact you. If you have not arrived or made contact after 10 minutes, your session will be cancelled, and you will be charged the full session fee.
- Regardless of your arrival time, your session will finish at the originally scheduled end time.
Repeat Cancellations:
Clients with frequent cancellations may be required to pre-pay a deposit to secure future appointments.
